We are a friendly and active club of nearly 70 members, covering a wide range of ages, mainly based around the Peak District with others living elsewhere throughout the UK, especially in N. Wales. The Club is family-friendly and supervised children of all ages are welcome on meets and at the Club Hut.
We have a varied programme of meets and activities including rock climbing, walking, fell-running, orienteering, biking, skiing, mountaineering and caving. Our Hut in N. Wales can accommodate up to 17 people.

The Club’s second book The First Seventy Years was published in March 2022. It was launched at the ‘Not Pot’ Supper event at the Royal Hotel, Hayfield on 25th March 2022, and is the result of contributions from 72 members and friends of the Club.
Note: The ‘Not Pot’ Supper was so called because ‘Hot Pot’ wasn’t on the menu this year!
